I have purchased a Sony Xperia C-5 from Rohtas Nagar from the VIJAY Electronics on dated 02/09/2015 black in color.
I have faced the problem from day one and three times visited to your service centre located in Sec16 Noida in a Mall. But every time your guys do the reset setting and some time upgraded the software but in the next day the problem persist.
Now these days ,i am unable to use my handset due to the touch is not working.
I have very harassed from your product the its services.
As you all know that its is not possible to go every day at your service centre for repair.
for the same you can go through the service history and get the details.
So my request is to replace this set with the any new one i will bear the rest cost for the new set.
Will be appreciable for your prompt reply.
