Mr. Hayes...I write you to impose on you to pass along my THANK YOU---JOB WELL DONE to the ENTIRE flight crew of which Kelly Davis Karas was a member. What happened on that flight, which included a Grandmother of one of the Orlando victims...just BEYOND FABULOUS!!
Yes, my situation is critical BUT seems "trivial" with what ALL Orlando has endured this past week.
GOD BLESS JET BLUE for having an employee with the beautiful heart that Kelly Davis Karas possesses.
