Kevin sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
Dear Mr. Post,
I have had an unusually poor experience with Century Link. It was enough to feel the need to contact you regarding it. After several months of unusual billing cycles and well over 8 hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue, I am left frustrated and feeling abandoned by Century Link. I would like a customer retention professional to contact me so that my account can be voided of any contracts and amounts due. I was basically lied to about the cost of service and told that it was a mistake numerous times until someone finally figured out what was going on and demanded that I pay up. Without my consent, I was overcharged, had service disconnected abruptly, and received an email informing me that the equipment return shipping containers were arriving soon. I am baffled at the way I have been treated by your company. I think some negotiation is in order here. Thank you in advance sir.
Regards,
Kevin
