Good Morning Mr. Post,
We are in contact to first let you know we have been happy with our service until September of 2015. We are an airport located in Leesburg, Florida. We have had on going issues since last September with our service after being approached by a Sales team to sign up for a Fiber account. We have also lost service of our phone and internet since June 13, 2016. We have been apologized to everyday since, with no working service yet. They still have not told us why this service was mysteriously dropped, except " they do not understand it, is as though the number does not exist" We are losing thousands of dollars and clients everyday. We have clients that are in great panic to drop off and pick up their air crafts. This matter needs immediate attention. We repeatedly get transferred to Customer Service daily for hours with no help.
