Over 2 weeks ago I sent you a message. I am not sure why I am not surprised you did not respond. Good Customer Service starts at the top and I can see why we are not having good caring customer service. I think you should be ashamed that your customers have to go over 60 days without a dryer that is 1 year old. I think when you sell an extended warranty that should mean you care and that your customers are going to be taken care of. I think that when you build and sell machines that you should make sure you have parts for these machines. I think you should have a hard time brushing your teeth and looking in the mirror because you have let people down. I know the Cabrio has many many issues and that you nor your corporation cares. If you did, you would do something!!!!!!
