Emailing on of John . He has been trying for over 8 weeks to secure a mortgage through PNC. I have been authorized to speak on his behalf. His loan agent from the Ambler, PA branch is Erik . They have had closings scheduled and canceled repeatedly. Erik has been non-responsive to both John and his realtor. The seller is now threatening to cancel the contract and frankly I do not blame them. I hold PNC responsible for any money lost and inconveniences faced if this does not go to settlement. I and my wife as well as John and his mom will be closing our PNC accounts if this deal fails. I can be reached on my cell at any time day or evening
