Hello.
I am still waiting for a response from my complaint first made on 11/04/16.
I received a letter on 17/04/16 saying you would respond within 15-20 days.
I received a letter on 05/05/16 saying you were going to talk to the staff involved.
I live chatted on the 31/05/16.
I received the same letter as the 05/05/16 again on the 07/06/16.
I have had no further correspondence from yourselves regarding this complaint, it has now been over 2 months.
