We have had an issue with a lawn mower that we bought 2 years ago from Sears Panama City, Fl. I’m enclosing a copy of the last email I receive from your employee in Executive Complaint Department-Nancy Robinson. We picked out a lawn mower to trade and there is around a $100.00 difference. When you read the email you will see her offer and that we can kiss the difference good bye. I’m disappointed in her offer. Please help us, we work hard for our money and every dollars counts in our budget.
This is my 2nd email to you, I sent you an email when this issue began. I KNOW YOU WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHAT PANAMA CITY SEARS LAWN MOWER REPAIR SYSTEM IS UP TO., IT'S TERRIBLE.
