Hello. My name is John. I am trying to get things cleared up about my bank account. I stopped into the Charleroi PA branch and asked about my account where I was told there is a security hold on it. When I called customer service over the phone, they told me there is no such hold and the account is fine. They flatout refused to give me any contact information for the security department so that I could try to clear this up. I would like to know who with your company is pocketing my money. Please contact me at your earliest convenience about this. I'm really hoping to resolve this without having to take legal action or go to the press.
