Lynn sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Schulman,
I am a business merchant, and have been a Paypal merchant for over a decade, and part of the Paypal community since its inception.
I recently experienced fraudulent activity on my account. There were a string of transactions in March 2016, totaling over $7,000 by use of stolen credit cards.
I will not go into further detail here, but Paypal is charging my account for items that I have proof of delivery of.
I am a small business owner, and completely dissatisfied with the customer service and support of Paypal. I would like to be contacted within two weeks .
