I’m Eng. Abdelmoneim from Egypt, I have bought a Nissan Sunny 2013 , Last month I went to make the scheduled maintenance as usual ( 70 km maintenance ) , at the maintenance center they told me that the front Shock Absorber (Strut or in Arabic : مساعد امامى) broken and cracked and have to change it ( as indicated in attached report ) but there is no spare parts come from Nissan Egypt factory since October 2015, yes around 8 months without spare parts , I have complained through Nissan customer service and the complaint took No. 9305, after complaining several times they have not taken any action.
I dont know what kind of service they are providing to the customers here in Egypt, we trusted Nissan; your company and brought a car and this is the way you treat us. I feel bad because I cannot drive my car.
Please help me, It is my earnest request to take appropriate action do the needful.
