Sir, Having switched to the new CITI card from American Express, I am having an – W Craig Jelinek email address

Bobby sent a message to W. Craig Jelinek – President and Chief Executive Officer of Costco Wholesale Corporation email address that said:

Sir,
Having switched to the new CITI card from American Express, I am having an issue. On the 19th instants, I checked my American Express Rewards and had 186.00 and after switching I see only 53.00 in my City card rewards. Have been trying to get someone at Citi bank without much success. "Due to heavy call volume we are unable to take your call at this time. Please try later". I have emailed them via the Citi web portal and see that my email has been "Unread" up to now.

Costco, its people and its service has been fantastic, unfortunately I cannot say the same for Citi. as far as "customer Service" goes. I am not sure where to go from here, hence my email to you.

Extremely regret to take your valuable time. I am very frustrated and would like to get this resolved before it is too late.
