Mr. Rogers-
My son Edward Staff and his wife Dr. Staff closed on a property last Friday in Tampa. The unethical behavior of the mortgage broker, Mark is beyond a short explanation. Needless to say the experience they endured completely ruined the closing on their dream home. BTW, the loan was a million dollars. I went Fitzpatricks 2 bosses and their treatment has been one of indifference . Cathy was not listening to my sons experience and Patrick ( the regional) said he would call my son and has not done so. It seems like nobody cares which is the reason Im writing to you. The 2 supervisors seem to be covering up unprofessional and unethical behavior by Mark . I would appreciate a call to me or to my son Edward so he can explain the horrible treatment he and his wife experienced. My son has submitted a complaint to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. I await your response.
