Terrible, customer service. Missed AGT season 11 episode 4 due to a family emergency. We receive NBC over the air from WLWT from antenna. I tried to watch the show the following day online. Not available in its entirety. 6 minute snippets only. I phoned NBC Universal in New York to inquire. Was hung up on, sent to a non working number, sent to a nmber that rang 24 times. Made a fourth call to NBC Universal to inquire. Finally was informed the entire show is on YouTube free of cost. Not there. Called Again to ask when the show will appear on YT. Was informed quote "I don't know". I asked is there someone who does know- answer- No one knows Informed "just keep checking".
Really? It may be surprise that people do not have the time to "just keep checking" to watch a TV SHOW that they missed. I like the show, but if NBC Iis that disorganized, I'll give it up. Drives show watchers away quickly. Suggest a set schedule/policy regarding re-airing shows online. If network television becomes a strictly paid service, viewership will drop like a rock.
