Dear Mr. Sorenson,
My name is Judy , and the reason for this email is that I want you to know how your rewards program employees deal with customers.
I have already emailed customercare.com regarding this issue almost a week ago with no response. I just canceled my reservation with Residence Inn at Marriott at Langhorn, PA because of this. And will not go to any Marriott hotel ever again, or refer someone to one. They are very rude and hung up on my husband.
We would appreciate either a call back a response email to discuss this situation.
We really hope you care enough about how your employees deal with the public and respond by either a phone call or an email.
