On June 4, 2016 we placed a online order for a Pizza Hut meal deal the total came out to $35.00. We were told the time would be a hour for delivery after a hour and 10 minutes we called back and was told the pizza was on its way. After another hour and 10 minutes wed call back and ask for a manager Benny tells me he is short staffed and its raining. So i ask am I going to get a discount or something for waiting for two hours he proceeds to cuss me out and scream at me then when i get a word in I ask for the GM’s Name and number he tells me she will be there in the morning if i have a problem then i can talk to her then and slams the phone down.
So the then I call the customer support line and file a complaint. Wait the three business days no call. Call back and i am told that the upper management team could reach me and closed the complaint. had the complaint reopen and verified my info it was all correct called on 6-22-2016. Ask about my complaint and it was again closed saying could reach the customer.
