What I'm emailing you about is when I went to renew my Ford sync I was told you have to have an account with pay pal , I do not have an account with pay pal and I don't intend on getting one but I enjoy sync and that is important to me . I purchase a new 2015 Taurus in June 2015 paid over 30 thousand dollars for the car.
I'm willing to send a personal check or use my credit card to renew sync and I'm asking you to make that possible or else I will leave Ford and go to another dealer and purchase a car.
