I use your company about 20 times the year, the 23th of June 2016, I was on my way home from Dublin to Belgium, flight (DUB-CRL, FR 48) we had about 25 minutes delay and we sad in the plane, as a person who does not fly easily! I had the best experience any one could dream of, The crew members done there most best to make us all over come this not so comfortable moment sitting and waiting, they played some music and entertain us it was a very lovely and it made my journey so much more enjoyable, I love to thank your new member of your company who told me he is only working with you for 2 months, Pedro Ramos and the colleagues done on OUTSTANDING JOB!!! I like to congratulate you having them in your work force; I wish them all the best and my next flight I hope to meet Stewarts like them again. It does makes any once flight more enjoyable thank you again Pedro and Crew 😉
