Dear Sir, It is really disappointing to see the level of service we are getting – Lee KunHee email address

Apeksha sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung – email address that said:

Dear Sir,

It is really disappointing to see the level of service we are getting in India by Samsung. I have recently purchased an S7 edge. Within 20 days of purchase i have faced issues such as excessive heating of the phone, overnight battery drainage and most importantly a defective display which shows purple and green smudges. Since the past 5 days i have been calling up the customer care and they are only offering to repair this defective piece when i have faced multiple issues as written above. I have only been faced with dissatisfying replies and arrogant managers from the customer experience head office in Gurgaon, Haryana. I would like you to take strict action against the same and prioritize this at the earliest. I either expect a refund or a brand new replacement because it should be considered as dead on arrival. I have been writing mails regularly to the indian team but have still not got a proper solution for the same. I really hope you can prove it tu us that you believe in customer satisfaction and not just raising your hands from the customer when they face issues.

Thanks for your time.

Regards,
Apeksha
