We have never had problems with Time Warner service for over 35 years. The new service has been nothing but problems. In the past several months I had to contact the FCC because of no customer service. Which I have never done in my whole life I had to get help from John McCain's office. They originally installed over 156 boxes. Since then they have been here to replace over 45 boxes in this hotel. As of toda't work in your hotel room you get upset, so do my customers. They want refunds. I can't move a box from another room it doesn't work that way I have to move the guest. I'm sure you know what it feels like when you have to change rooms at 9 or 10pm at night. I have talked to my business manager with no results. On Wednesday I went to the local office to turn in the boxes from our restaurant because as of today they have never came to upgrade our Yuma Landing restaurant. With the cable not working we had to go solely on direct tv. We have had cable there for 26 years. I think you should now the problems that exist here in Yuma. We were cut down to only a couple of channels when they finally showed up here to do the upgrade in our hotel. We have been loyal customers for many years, you have a problem with service or equipment you need to know. I appreciate it when I as a owner of this hotel are told when I have a problem. I received 65 letters from your office that announces Spectrum from the desk of Tom Rutledge, CEO that is why I'm writing you I have just one high hierarchy account and 65 letters from you that a cost even at your level we are all trying to survivor in this economy. Not mad just frustrated, please help our business, this is on off season if these problems exist in season it will financially kill me. We are just a small owner operator business that has been here 75 years trying to survivor. Please check and see if there is anything that can be done.
