Nancy sent a message to William E. Crenshaw – Chief Executive Officer of Publix Super Markets, Inc. – Email Address that said:
I have lived in Lakes of the Meadows, Miami, Florida, for 22 years. I have been a Publix Customer from the day that this store opened on 152 Avenue. Lately, the cleanliness of the store---freshness of the produce and dairy, and attitudes of the employees has been terrible. So bad in fact, I have been driving an extra 5 miles to go to a Publix that recently opened on Miller Rd and 157 Ave in Miami. There is no one around to answer questions ( nothing at all like your wonderful TV spots ) and sometimes theres not a single shopping cart in the store. They are all scattered around the parking lot!
Growing up in Miami, I have always found Publix to have the best quality . This is not the case in this store. I do not speak Spanish, and do not appreciate it when the cashier speaks to me in Spanish---or carries on a conversation with another employee ( also in Spanish) while we all wait in line. Please do something to improve this store---it is certainly not up to Publix standards. Sincerely, Nancy
