I made the mistake of signing up for Molina Healthcare last April. I made my first payment of $655.53 and TO THIS DATE, they tell me they have never received it - despite the fact that the check was cashed 7 days after I sent it. Molina has been no help whatsoever. I have received zero healthcare, zero customer service despite the fact that I have faxed all the required bank statements proving that the check was cashed. I want OUT of Molina, but the marketplace says you need to clear me before I can do that. I will continue to go on social networks and contact anyone and everyone in order to get cleared so I can sign up for a different healthcare plan. This has been beyond ridiculous. I think you should do something about this NOW!
