In October of 2014, DANIEL SIEGRIST was the associate in the Nashua Nh store in the Pheasant Lane Mall who helped my husband and I. I was up to renew my service,and decided to add a phone to my line for my then boyfriend. Daniel proceeded to tell me that there was a plan called the OneUp Plan, which ended in July of 2015. It seemed great, which allowed my husband and I to upgrade every year, which we were to pay on our phones, and when we wanted an upgrade then turn our phones in and receive the upgrade. Ok,then I asked to take off the insurance plan as we were going to go with AppleCare, as it was completely cheaper and covered a lot more than you guys do. We get a replacement on phones 2x a year no questions asked for 50$. You guys?? HA! 200$ a deductible, and you get a new phone with all the questions in the world.....
Well...He never signed us up for that plan. We came in the the Nh store, and we were told that we have to pay off the remainder of the phones in order to get a new upgrade......Fuming mad, I stormed out of the store, and decided to brush it off, and wait til the 7 came out. Well a year or so went by and I am coming up to 2 years now.... My phone has the most shittest service there is....customer service sucks at trying to help with anything what so ever.... You are the most corrupt cell carrier besides ATT there is.... I cant believe you run your service by pushing all the loyal customers out.... That is not even half of what is wrong with my phone.... My GPS puts me in the river everytime and tells me its locating... then I have beeps on my phone like someone is in my phone hacking my phone calls.... BUT YOU GUYS WANT 200$ FOR A DEDUCTIBLE????? NOPE.. NO WAY... Thats just my phone... my husband has to reset his phone almost every day 3 times a day because of the shitty service.... Him and I barely get 4G. Now I cant receive text messages or emails. i have screenshots of the problems with the phones if you want them.....
