It's consumers? 80% of phone help for the last 5....yes...5 hours of my time has been awesome. Yet I'm still sitting here at 5p waiting for a service technician that was supposed to be at my house between 12-2 to call me. I've made multiple calls to contact him - but no call back

If you have any sense of what customer service is still suppose to be -- I am asking that you please call me. I can get no certain answers from anyone.
