Recently I just found out that my wife and I pay the same amount for your services. Your employee 70381 stated that as my platform is xm and hers is sirrus that is just the way it is and the service you used to receive from xm would have to be upgraded to all access. I have been a loyal customer to this service since it first started and for the first time i wish there was another alternative, maybe that is why my service is so bad because there is no longer any competition in this arena. I know longer trust your employees at your care center as when I was setting up this service with my wifes car I was told we had the service but I noticed that we had different channels. I made the mistake of letting it go because I thought this would be corrected as a rep told me you were having issues with providing NFL at that time. Now I see it was a direct ripoff. Sir is this the kind of company you are running. No one has explained to me why my wife and I pay the same and i get less channels. Is this what XM has come too?
