Carlos sent a message to Marvin R. Ellison – President of J. C. Penney Company Inc.- email address that said:
Dear Mr. Marvin R. Ellison ,
I have shop in J C Penney most of my life from Mississippi to California to Nevada and back to Mississippi and Nevada again. I'm a U.S. Navy Veteran and an elementary school teacher. I want into one of the store in Las Vegas, Nevada, and was treated very badly by one of workers there. I called the store manager and still feel like I was been treating like a child. I then call someone at the corporate office and I was told that the manager would call me back and I ask that the manager call me after working hours, but was called while teaching a class. So, I call back to talk with the manager, but was told that the manager would call me back. I am still waiting on that phone call from the store manager. I would love to talk about how a Black Man has been treated inside one of your store in Las Vegas, Nevada.
