hello I would like for someone to contact me about my refund. I ordered an item online which did not work, when I took it back to the store after an 1hr of waiting they told me they could not take it back. I left the item in the store because I would like my money back. The only thing customer service have done is to lie and bs me, they have cause my account to be over drawn because they never refund my money when they said they would.
