Direct TV is a rip off,, I canceled my service on 5/19 and told I just owed a $127.18 and when I paid that amount there would be no more charges, now a month or so later I am told I owe more money, and they could care less about what I was told by the lady on the phone that day, I have her name and employee ID and they said that no matter what I was told by her I still owe Direct TV..If I was told that day that I would owe a certain amount I would pay or would have paid that day.. but when you are told you owe a certain amount and then you get a bill for more, that is wrong.. train your people.. to either check to see the total or put someone on the phone that can tell you the total..
