Dear Mr.Kelly- I started a message to you a few minutes ago and it – Gary Kelly email address

Steven  sent a message to Gary C. Kelly Chairman, President, and CEO, Southwest Airlines Co. – email address that said:

Dear Mr.Kelly- I started a message to you a few minutes ago and it was inadvertently sent or deleted-not sure which. I will attempt to start over and be more succinct.I fully realize that you cannot control what happens in all the terminals your airline utilizes. The SNAFU that exists in San Diego is something that many appear to be aware of but continues anyway. My wife and I are reasonably intelligent people, but we managed to go through security four times before someone properly directed us. It was a Southwest employe, at that point we had been through security only 3 times. To say the least we were extremely upset and anxious about missing our flight. The flight was an hour behind schedule and everything worked out . The crux of the problem was that instead of a specific gate being designated on the monitor, the designation was T1. We understood wrongly that this meant gate 1. I wonder how many other people have made the same error? Hopefully, you will be able to have some influence in correcting this . Thank you for your help. Steven
