Sir,
I have been trying to get charter to run cable an d inter net at our location for over a year. We have gone to city council and the lawyers are getting involved. However we are only less than a mile from the pole where charter ends. This use to be farm land so I understand them name running cable out to us. But young families have built and we need to have your service extended to our area. The tech said it was no problem, but dont know why we can't just get you guys tom come out our way.
