I am a long time Dick's customer from Akron, Ohio and i have purchased many items from shoes, firearms, treadmill, Gorilla basketball backboard etc... Just two minutes after game 7 of the NBA finals I purchased a couple of hats and shirts for my Dad and I so we could celebrate in style but to our disappointment, according to UPS, the order was not even shipped until the 24th of June, 5 days later. Your website stated all these items were in stock but we missed the opportunity to celebrate with our town's FIRST NBA Championship parade thanks to your poor service. I emailed you guys and all I got was your package is on the way. How do your replace that opportunity? Its not often a CEO hears why they have customer turnover so I thought I would lend a little insight to you and your staff regarding your horrible service and thanks for robbing us of the opportunity to celebrate with our fans and team in proper attire. We will not spend another nickel with your company going forward.
