Hello, my name is Christopher and I was employed at the Delta Distribution Center in Memphis, TN. I was wrongfully discharged on 3/23/2016 for a new implemented rule called "gap time". I came to work everyday on time and made my production numbers every week and I still got terminated. On top of that 2 of the warnings I received for gap time were over 6 months old and should have been removed from my file but weren't and I was terminated for this. This was an unlawful and unfair act and I was looking to be reinstated. If you care to know more about the situation I can be reached. Thank you
