Sir,
I am writing to you because I was told that there is no one than can override your rules on no shows. I book the following 9YBODK and came down with a case of pink from one of my grandsons. I thought I cancelled the flight on the Sunday prior to the flight. I did not get a cancellation notice so not confirming the cancellation which is slim to none and slim left the room,it is on me. Histocially I have been a strong advocate of SWA , even owning stock of the compnay. I have been a A list perferred memebr for years and only losing the status when I changed careers and have never had a no show in all the years that I flown SWA. Now that I am back on the road my choice of airlines was SWA until this issue. I was told that no way could I use those funds on future flights so now I going to eat well over $300 that I do not have trying to start my business.
I am writing to you because you are the face of SWA and requesting a bend in the rules for a long time valued customer.
