Tom sent a message to Edward Lampert – Chairman and CEO of Sears Holdings – Email Address that said:
Mr Lampert, I am having an issue with false advertising on Sears website and was hoping you could help. On the following webpage you can plainly see that it says case included for the nailgun. I ordered the product based on the case being included. When I received the product there was no case. After twice speaking with Sears on chat, I was informed that the company does not sell the nail gun with a case. I was further informed that I could return the nailgun. I want to keep the nailgun as it is toprated, all I am asking is that Sears complete the order and send me the case as advertised. Thank you Tom
