geek squad need to be updated..the kind of work they do in the field is not good...I paid for house calls twice..and geek squad did a poor job...I paid $162.00 for each visit.....#1..connect my cd box to my tv...he left the netflick not working... left without explaining how its is suppose to work....his name is Armando i had geek squad to install my new computer I purchase from best buy and transfer all data that was not done...I did not get my Wi-Fi extender install..the printer is not working,he told me next time....{..both techs told me if I want more time to explain procudures..on how thing works I pay for more time} his name is mr joe they both was in a hurry to get to there next job......how can I get these problems resolve the computer,television and wifi extender..i want the geek squad back to correct this..what I paid for on my best buy credit card...Dorothy
