Dear Mr. Ellison
I am writing to you because I cant get anywhere with the store at customer service. I was not even suppose to go to any stores because I have 5 tubes in different parts of my body cuz my surgery failed.
I purchased two pairs of chaps pajama sets
2 pic garment set
Also Nicole Miller
And Liz Claiborne
I followed instructions how to wash them but they shrunk and I can't button them down they won't stay hooked together) so I am very disappointed.
I purchased these cuz I was going for major surgery (which failed) and I have to go again which is going to be 7/11/2015
My problem is I can't go to the store now because I have 5 tubes in me that I have to hold and the Drs don't want me to walk so I am basicly stuck in the house unless I have to go see the Drs. There are 3 surgeons involved with this surgery and it is a very serious surgery
I would like it so YOU replace all 5 pairs in size large since I think they shrink and mail them to me asap so my husband can can bring them to me when I am in hospital or you can overnight them to me. They don't have to be the same ones I have but I would like button down tops cuz I will have special I've in me and more tubes
Customer service said because I waited 6 months to go there I can't return them. I explained I was in hospital then I went to a rehab place and was there for a while i also had to go back to hospital then back to rehab place so this is not going yo be fun.
Please advise what you can do for me ASAP so I know if YOU are going to help me or not. I hope you will mail them to me 1 day shipping so I can pack them for the hospital
