Emilia sent a message to Robin Hayes – Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of JetBlue Airways Corporation – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Hayes, last Tuesday, 6/28/16, we flew JetBlue airline from Fort Lauderdale airport to Bogota, Columbia. I have to say that the TSA process was extremely easy. However, my disappointment came from JetBlue. Somehow, one of my bags was left in Fort Lauderdale. That was the outcome of the investigation. I am not sure how this occurred, since all the bags were checked in at the same time. This incident was very embarrassing for us since we had arrange for a set time pick up at the airport. As you can, imagine this was a great inconvenience to us. We had followed the rules and had been in the airport two and half hours before our flight took off. We will return to Fort Lauderdale next Friday, 8 July and expect it to be problem free. Mr Hayes, as the ultimate person in charge I wanted to make you aware of the situation.
