Sub: Poor Quality paint work of my Camry S (2015 - made in Australia) purchased from Al Futtaim Motors, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

My Camry (metallic grey color) is having a problem in its paint work. When ever bird droppings fall on its bonnet a stain remains after washing. It seems like clear coat is getting damaged. Initially I gave it for polishing in Toyota Service Center, but the stain remained. Weeks later, another bird dropping fell and it also caused another stain in the bonnet!

This is our 4th car from Al Futtaim Motors, Abu Dhabi, UAE. We had Corolla (2006 blue), RAV4 (2009 pearl white), Corolla (2014 silver) Camry (2015 grey). All cars had numerous incidents of bird droppings on them, but there were no stains remained except on our new Camry. We are disappointed on this issue very much. Our Corolla
(2014 silver) is not having this problem (we currently use this Corolla and Camry). So we suspect something wrong with the paint work of Camry (2015 grey).

Can you please authorize a check on our Camry with any of your expert technicians on this poor quality paint work? Kindly provide us a solution.
