Since May 4th, Ive been requesting through your representatives to close my deceased mothers account – Daniel H Dan Schulman email address

Since May 4th, I've been requesting through your representatives to close my deceased mother's account and have her money refunded to my father. I've faxed the requested documentation EIGHT times and it's still not resolved. Please advise how to handle this simple request?
