Hello Chuck, I am having a problem that I often have where one sales person is not aware of company policy and yet another one does. I need to return a item which has to get postmarked by a certain date. My sales guy is out this week and the one stepping in for him is not aware of how returns are done. I asked for a RA number and to send me a pre printed return shipping label. The cost of the shipping is deducted from the amount of my return or charged to my account. This sales guy says I have to get my own label. It really ticks me off when something so simple becomes difficult. He says I will have to wait and discuss it with David and he is not due back until after the cut off date of the return. I have been a customer for years as has my family and friends and we all seem to experience the same issues where policy in not consistent with sales associates. My account is for Gregory Dame and my sales rep. is David Snyder who is out this week. Can you or one of your associates help me out with this?
