Howard sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge – Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Rutledge,
I have been a Charter Internet user of internet light service here in Owatonna, MN for over 10 years.
Recently I inquired about phone service with Charter. Upon checking the price if we add the phone service I did NOT agree to the new price. Before any service was activited, I talked to the local Charter office in Owatonna telling them that I am going to keep what I have which is internet light which is at $31.99 monthly.
Now my new bill has jump up $49.59 for internet service. When I complained with Customer Service they told me they can not get back that price code even though I never changed any of my internet service.
I trust that you can help me in this matter.
