CHRISTOPHER sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge – Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Rutledge,
Simply wanted to let you know I was a happy Charter customer. Had a few things go wrong while being a Charter customer, like; had a Charter contract worker steal from my home while I had to leave for a VA appt.
Oh my housemate was still home, but he is in his 70's.
Filed a police report with the Sheboygan Falls, WI police dept. Had the attending police officer, officer Cruz tell me the said contractor offered to make restitution, but that never happened fro some reason. Had that Charter account while living at 252 Gregory Place in Sheboygan Falls, Wisc. 53085
was told I had $16.00 credit for paying in full for a service shortened month.
I moved to Cross Plains, WI 53528. Had Charter's full package service; Cable (Silver) Telephone and Internet. All of a sudden I get this 10 page legal document via the internet. Charter was insisting I sign off on it. I called in, asked if I could get a copy of said legal document, was refused. So I canceled my Charter service. I returned my equipment to Charter. I made sure the previous tenant's (Mr. Joe Flynn) Charter equipment was shipped back to Charter. Mr. Flynn had left the Charter equipment in the apartment. I'm not writing you seeking anything, I simply feel I was mistreated a little bit. I'm a veteran, Sir, and yes I do have some effects/disabilities that cause me some social problems. I live at 1841 Ludden Drive #17 Cross Plains, Wisconsin 53528....I currently subscribe to TDS, have the cable extended package, Telephone and Internet and you know what ? Very Insuperior to that of your product...I wish I was a Charter customer again, and treated a tad bit better.
Respectfully,
Christopher
