Robert sent a message to Mark Fields – President and Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Company email address that said:
Since my car been given for service more than six times in bangalore -Lingarajapuram ,but there is no resolution from Ford India regarding my car issues
There is seems to be a major problem in our car, as of now driven only 8000 Km,
Requesting you to change the car at the earliest
Really our experience with FORD has been very depressing.
If Ford India service is going to be this, we will initiate to approach the legal forums.
Why we should suffer like this after spending 11.2 lakhs on this Ford car .
