We as a organisation had purchased an entire series of Samsung Techwin CCTV cameras approx 100 Number for our various locations in Bangalore, from one of your dealers 'Twilight Technologies - #47/5 1st floor opp DAV school uttarahalli main road Prashanthinagar Bangalore 560061'
Not even a year that we have purchased the cameras we are continuously facing issues and your dealer has already serviced the same atleast 4 times in a year and still the issue hasnt been rectified
Now the dealer has stopped responding and the company support team is in no mood to support and help us with the same making us feel totally disabled and cheated.
We made a purchase due to the Brand name Samsung if we knew company just sells for money without any support to the customer then would have never made an purchase and would have preferred an Indian Brand.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest support. If no support is received im sure to drop using any samsung product way forward for sure, for the company it may just be a small customer but im sure to black list the brand atleast in our organisation as not directly but indirectly you as a brand are cheating the customers.
