Dear Michael,
Your secretary must deal with this stuff every day God love her but I am very frustrated with my last trip. I am a loyal Ryanair customer because I respect the rules. I admire the new changes brought about but I got ripped off and fobbed off by some staff members.
Can you have someone to investigate my issue and come back with a reasonable reply. Best of health
