I visit this store on a daily basis and it is high time your organization realizes the liability it faces due to an aggressively rude employee named Sierra S.
We watched her knock into a young man doing the cash register at the drive thru window because she was "pissed" he made a mistake on July 4th. As a retired labor attorney, I immediately flinched at the sight of her extremely inappropriate behavior.
She is excessively rude on the intercom and when confronted about her attitude she slammed the drive thru window on July 6th and did not give me the food, causing me to return to the drive thru again for the food I had already paid for.
When I confronted her, she stated "Corporate Won't due nothin!"....
I visit this store as do 3 of my neighbors on a daily basis. We have all discussed how excessively rude this employee is and how this store seems to suffer in its customer service.
It is time for your corporate office to realize the liability this employee presents to your organization.
I strongly suggest you interview employees at this store working with Sierra S. The young boy at the register was not only assaulted, Sierra creates a hostile work environment, she fails to demonstrate appropriate customer service and she makes a mockery of your corporation by means of berating your corporate abilities.
Your corporate office was contacted yesterday as a result of what I witnessed on July 4, 2016. I have not received any calls or feedback as of today.
