Good Afternoon,
I am the A/R Coordinator at Gaylord Hospital in Connecticut. We are trying without success to reach a provider representative to help with the numerous issues we are having with claims. A few months ago we received a call and asked that we provide a spreadsheet of our claims and issues. We did that and within weeks our claims were paid. Since then we are again unable to reach anyone and have many claims issues. Please contact me to assist us in resolving our issues.
