Hi Brian my name is john obrien I've been having problems with the mcafee mobile security app pre installed on all LG phones it has incurred £69.40 in international texts to my virgin mobile account. ive been waiting 3 weeks for a refund which hasnt been returned to my bank account which apparently has already been sanctioned by your esculating team ive had nothing but problems with the customer service team transferred from one section to another for 5 weeks ive made 17 emails to varying agents to no avail im resorting to emailing yourself because it is the worst customer service i've ever had the misfortune to encounter I forward my case number to you and hopefully hear back from you shortly.
