Please leave voicemail if you do not reach me directly.  It seems quite obvious that I am being ignored. No email or phone contact. I am never, ever going away addressing this issue until restitution has been made. In saying this I invitg your attention to the following. I have and am contacting every day/morning until my issue/incident makes me go away. This is what us Disabled Veterans, with Congestive Heart Failure, High Blood Pressure and Diabetes do. This is my dedicated mission. The next communication I look forward to is how very soon this will be resolved. Thank You!.
I sincerely and desperately ask for your attention and follow-up on a Customer Service and Customer Service Specialist Manager issue which should and could have been easily resolve. I never have or normally would never do this but the disgust I have, has compelled me to use any and  every sort of media available including snail mail, if necessary to get this resolved.
