Ms. Alber,
I am writing you because I am at wits end with Pottery Barn customer service. I ordered and was charged $2245.51 for a table on 5/30/16 and it would appear the table has been lost. The problem is I have received zero communication from Pottery Barn and when I call they promise to check on things and call back and they never call back. We have gotten managers involved and no luck. I am afraid I may be out $2245.51 and have been scammed by what I thought was a reputable company. Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
